WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

International shipping times vary depending on the country of destination, due to customs clearance and other variables and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

If there are no setbacks, orders leave our offices within 3-7 business days of being placed. You will receive an email with a tracking code so you will know where your order is at all times.


DELIVERY TIMES

We primarily ship through Hellenic Post (ELTA).

Hellenic Post Shipping Estimate Dates. (Please note that transit times are estimated and do not include any delays caused by customs and other variables.)

EUROPEAN UNION: 5-7 business days

USA: 7-12 business days

OTHER COUNTRIES: 10-29 business days

We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for misspelled or wrong addresses that you wrote.


IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

Of course! Free international shipping on orders over €85.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which in any case are the responsibility of the purchaser.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Write us a message to notify us so we can update or cancel your order.


CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

As long as your order is not marked as "Shipped" you can change the address by sending a message to our Customer Service.

YouRock Jewels is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited Greece

Customers are 100% responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for customs charges.

• If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately (yourockjewels@gmail.com) so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for misspelled or wrong addresses that you wrote.
Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost package due to address error, unknown addressee or undeliverable address will not be eligible for replacement nor refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping + handling fee (domestic: €6.5, international: €15). We will not be responsible for package that is marked delivered by carrier.

If your package gets lost in transit, shipping carrier will be contacted for additional delivery information and we will try our best to help locate your package. YouRock Jewels will not be responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable once the package is shipped. If package is returned to us due to missed delivery then marked left unclaimed at local post office, customer must cover the re-ship cost.

Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

• YouRock Jewels will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
If your package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, insufficient address or failure to pay customs and duties, we will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped but will charge a shipping fee (costs listed above).
We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to YouRock Jewels.
