Delivery & Shipping Details

At YouRock Jewels, we’re committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience and delivering your order as quickly as possible.

Our Shipping Hours

We process online orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern European Summer Time (EEST).

If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@yourockjewels.com. We respond within 24 hours during business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EEST), excluding national holidays.


Shipping Details

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €85.
  • We ship internationally using Hellenic Post (ELTA) to most countries. If shipping to your location is unavailable, our system will notify you during checkout.
  • Standard processing time before shipment is 3-5 business days.
  • During the holiday season, processing may take 7-10 business days due to increased demand.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Please note these are estimates. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and unforeseen delays.


International Shipping & Customs

  • YouRock Jewels is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs, strikes, natural events, or transport disruptions once the package leaves Greece.
  • Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country. We cannot cover or reimburse these charges.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

  • If you realize your shipping address is incorrect before your order ships, please contact us immediately at info@yourockjewels.com.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Packages returned due to delivery failure (wrong address, unclaimed, or refusal) can be reshipped for an additional fee:
    • Domestic: €6.50
    • International: €15.00
  • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to locate it, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage (deliberate or accidental), or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • We cannot offer refunds for packages returned due to unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or unpaid customs fees. Reshipping options are available as noted above.
  • We do not reimburse or compensate for lost return shipments without proof of delivery to YouRock Jewels.
