REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Please review your order carefully before finalizing, as all sales are final once processed.
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, except for the following non-returnable items:
- Earrings, pierced earrings, and earring pendants (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Custom orders and custom chain sizes
- Sale items or purchases made with promotional codes
- Reusable and protective face masks
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
E-Gift Card
E-Gift card(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold, or transferred for value. Once submitted, it is final, and we are unable to cancel the order at any time. E-Gift card(s) cannot be used to purchase other gift card(s).
Returned Packages
We do not offer refunds if your package is returned to us because:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
- The package was unclaimed or refused upon delivery.
If your package is returned due to unclaimed status, incorrect address, or failure to pay customs and duties, you may choose to have the package reshipped by paying an additional shipping and handling fee:
- Domestic: €6.50
- International: €15.00
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Process & Shipping
- Please allow 25–30 business days for returns to be processed after the postal service receives your package.
- If, after 30 business days, we have not received your return, please contact your postal service to initiate an investigation.
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the postal service completes their investigation and confirms the package status.
Return Requirements
- All returns must include the original packaging, including the receipt. If packaging is missing, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the missing items from your refund.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the returned items arrive in perfect condition. We cannot process exchanges or refunds for items received damaged or in poor condition.
- Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Shipping Costs & Liability
- YouRock Jewels is not responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or fees associated with returns or exchanges.
- We do not reimburse or compensate for lost return packages without proof of delivery to our facility.
