• All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it.

• You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except for the following items:

- Earrings, pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

- Custom order, custom chain size, sale items or items purchased using a promotional code, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Reusable & protective face masks are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear cannot be refunded or exchanged.

YouRock Jewels will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

• If your package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, insufficient address or failure to pay customs and duties, we will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped but will charge a shipping fee.

Please allow 25-30 business days from the time the postal service handed over your item for return to us. It can sometimes take a while for the return shipping process.
If 25-30 business days have passed since the postal service handed over your package for return, and we haven’t received your parcel, then you need to ask for an investigation into the non-returned package.
When we file a claim and start an investigation on your behalf – we can't proceed with any refund or exchange until the official report from your country's postal service.

In no case YouRock Jewels will issue refunds. We will offer the possibility to re-ship the returned items with an additional shipping + handling fee (domestic: €6.5, international: €15).

Important: Returns must include all our original packaging. In case we don't receive it, YouRock Jewels will deduct the amount of the unreturned items.

YouRock Jewels will not be responsible for any loss or damage the package may suffer during its shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products arrive to YouRock Jewels in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to effect the requested exchange.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
YouRock Jewels is not responsible for any additional shipping costs (customs) for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to YouRock Jewels.
