U.S. TARIFFS NOTICE

Important update for our U.S. customers

The U.S. government has introduced new customs regulations, ending the long-standing “de minimis” exemption. Previously, shipments under $800 could enter the U.S. duty-free.

Effective August 29, 2025, all packages sent to the U.S., no matter their value, will now go through full customs clearance.

Will I have to pay extra fees?

• No. At YouRock Jewels, we’ve taken care of all customs duties, taxes, and fees upfront. The price you pay at checkout is the final price—there will be no additional charges when your order arrives in the U.S.

How can I track my order?

• You can track your order using the DHL Express number provided in your order dispatch email. Simply enter the tracking number on the DHL Express website to view the most up-to-date tracking information.
