GIFT CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YouRock Jewels e-gift card(s) can be redeemed only online and do not expire. Gift card(s) do not include the YouRock Jewels promotional card, which may expire subject to the terms specified at the time of issuance and/or on the promotional card. Gift card(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold, or transferred for value. Gift card(s) cannot be used to purchase other gift card(s). No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. Promotions and other special offers do not apply to the purchase of a gift card.

If the amount of your online gift card(s) does not cover the total order amount, you must pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card. If the amount of your online gift card(s) is more than the total order amount, the remaining balance on your gift card(s) will still be available for future purchases.
For example, if you have a gift card with a balance of €50 and the order total is €30, you can use the gift card to pay for the order, and the remaining balance of €20 will still be on your gift card for future use.
